Our mission is to raise awareness about the history of slavery in Mamaroneck, NY, through an immersive and completely self-guided walking trail. Spanning three centuries, the Mamaroneck Historical Trail follows the footsteps of the enslaved and prominent enslaving families during that time. View the two trail options below!
Beginning at the Delancey Homestead and ending at the Mamaroneck Public Library, this trail covers the local history of enslavement in Mamaroneck spanning over three centuries.
Though much shorter than Trail A, this trail covers just as much history, including a few names that you may already know!
